After a day or two of fasting, you can slowly introduce a little grated apple, boiled potatoes, rice, cumin seed soup, oatmeal or toast.

Probiotics: Eating foods and drinks that contain good bacteria, such as yogurt or kefir, can help restore your gut flora.



Rest: Get plenty of rest because your body needs time to recover.



Medications: Over-the-counter medications can help relieve symptoms.
