If you choose to supplement naturally, you can also eat milk, dairy products, sardines, salmon, tuna, cod and eggs in addition to mushrooms. Some types of mushrooms, such as shiitake mushrooms and white mushrooms, naturally contain vitamin D. However, the amount is generally low and can vary depending on the type of mushroom and the method of cultivation.
