Preparation of the Chamomile tincture

1 part dried chamomile flower

5 parts vodka or other high alcoholic drink


Place the chamomile in a dark glass jar, pour in the vodka and leave to stand for 6-8 weeks, shaking daily. Strain and use with a dropper.
