There are so many memories associated with the many distinctive Christmas scents, but you wouldn’t know it to look at the healthy effects they have.
Pine tree:

It has the ability to reduce inflammation from fever, but is also good against spasms, stress and is very good for anxiety.
Cinnamon:
This is the most classic Christmas scent. It is the most classic cinnamon. Many effects are attributed to the spice, including a calming, thought-provoking and mood-enhancing effect. It is also used as a herbal medicine in many cultures for diarrhoea, arthritis, colds, infections and digestive problems.
Citrus:
Citrus scents usually mean oranges, lemons, tangerines and grapefruit. Orange essential oil is a great skin conditioner, relieving respiratory ailments and digestive disorders. One of the best stress relievers. A few drops of orange essential oil can relieve eczema and psoriasis. Lemon oil is also very effective for sore throats, coughs and colds.
